The Swimming Sports

I woke up feeling happy. I remembered today was the swimming sports. I like freestyle backstroke and breathstroke. It was on Tuesday. I went in the swimming sports because I like swimming. I like all of the events. It was at the school pool. It was cold. I was excited at the start. It was fun. My favourite event was breathstroke. It was like swimming lessons. I like it because it was good to get a go at it. I was proud at the end because it was fun. The pool was cold but I got warmed up. I think I did a great job in the swimming sports. At the end I wanted to do it again because it was so fun. It was hard to come first, second or third, but I came fifth and was still glad of myself. My mum was proud too. We were all proud and Sarah hugged me. But the backstroke was hard and I still had a go at it and I came last in every one, but I was still proud. My mum cheered for me.
